Soulhealing offers a mobile therapy service specialising in Holistic massage, Reflexology and Reiki treatments design to calm and relax mind body and soul.
My aim is to offer a more holistic approach to treatments ensuring a sustained feeling of well-being with support and after-care advice.
Treatments can be carried out in the comfort of you own home with both daytime and evening appointments available.
Alternatively appointments are available from a treatment clinic located in Guildford on Wednesday afternoons between 4pm- 7.30pm.

Holistic Massage
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage involves the use of effleurage, kneading, tapping and vibration and may provide relief from stiffness, numbness, pain and other health problems.
Other benefits include stimulation of blood circulation, increase in muscle tone and a balance of the muscular/skeletal systems. Swedish massage shortens recovery time form muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load.

Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes) and patients who have sustained physical injury. Deep tissue work varies greatly.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural, non invasive, touch therapy with the therapist using a variety of finger pressure techniques applied to the feet or hands.
Reflexology is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our hands and feet that relate to every organ and part of the body. By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems. Reflexology is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. Stimulating specific reflex points can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas helping restore balance to the body.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “the laying on of hands” and is based in the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what caused us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is a non intrusive treatment carried out with the recipient laid on a couch and relaxed, hands are placed in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body, energy is channelled through the practitioner by the need of the recipient. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.

Body Exfoliation Treatment
Pamper yourself for a special event or just because you deserve it. Enhance and soften your skin with this luxurious treatment that will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Using oils and body salts your whole body is scrubbed and exfoliated then a scalp massage is performed as an added relaxing treat. Simply shower of the salts and feel fantastic, maybe finish with a relaxing body massage.
